Most of the population has resumed its activities and with it having to use public transport, where there is a greater risk of contagion.

Some recommendations when traveling by bus and subway are:

- Use chinstrap at all times and check that it covers the nose and mouth correctly

- Don't touch your face

- Do not recharge on the surfaces of this

- Bring antibacterial gel and use it constantly

- Avoid traveling on a schedule with more crowding

Remember that deep cleaning is carried out every night on public transport, however, it is essential that you wear your face mask and avoid touching surfaces that could expose you to an infection. If you will travel a short distance, the best option is to use a bicycle or walk.

On the other hand, if you require medical assistance, do it through Telemedicine and do not go to Medical Clinics, since it is one of the places where you are most exposed to getting infected.

At Top Doctors we have created our own Telemedicine tool, called e-Consultation, which allows you to have a medical consultation through a private chat or Videoconsultation.
